The vision behind the project
Our goal was to create a visual concept that would convey both local significance and global relevance. While the content reflects Cambodian realities and voices, the visual identity needed to position the publication within an international, future-facing dialogue.
The chosen cover image a satellite view of Angkor Wat—was recolored and enhanced to feel powerful and symbolic. It highlights Cambodia’s deep-rooted heritage while pointing toward innovation and digital evolution.
What the PROJECT represents Today
This book and the visual identity we built for it—marks a pivotal moment in Cambodia’s digital discourse. The cover has become a recognizable asset in AVI’s communications and a proud symbol of national intellectual progress. It also reflects the growing ecosystem of local innovation and forward-thinking academic production.
We designed a clean, impactful layout, giving space to reflection and legibility, and ensuring the publication could appeal to academics, policymakers, and digital visionaries alike.
Our Strategic Contribution
We worked closely with the main author Chhem Siriwat, also president and co-founder of AI FORUM CAMBODIA to ensure that the design concept was deeply aligned with the message of the publication.
Key design goals included:
– Creating a bridge between Cambodian identity and international conversation
– Projecting sophistication, thought leadership, and clarity
– Designing a cover that would stand out in digital and print contexts
By using a high-contrast, minimal aesthetic and a culturally significant yet globally appealing image, we helped position Cyberspace Cambodia as a bold, credible, and elegant editorial product.
Why It Works
The design is both symbolic and strategic. It reinforces the content’s credibility while adding visibility and aesthetic strength. This project also confirms our agency’s ability to collaborate with academic, policy, and innovation-driven environments, contributing meaningfully to knowledge-based communication.
Why Work with Us for Logo and Brand Design
We craft design that respects complexity and enhances communication. Whether it’s for academic publications, policy reports, or research-based media, we bring visual clarity and cultural sensitivity to each project—bridging content and audience with intention.
