We offer courses for businesses, both for managers and employees, and vocational training programs based on concrete projects. We provide dedicated coaching for businesswomen, supporting the development of non-conventional STEM careers. We also promote the study of arts and crafts, emphasizing their importance in improving ourselves as individuals and as a community.

As professional women who have faced the challenges of being accepted and integrated into the workplace—especially in leadership and executive roles—we understand firsthand the barriers that exist.

LADICT Academy offers many kinds of coaching including project-based training, especially focused on empowering women of all ages to pursue STEM careers and enabling everyone to upskill or reskill.
