The vision behind the brand
When Luca Cinì relocated from Hong Kong to Phuket in 2014, he brought with him a clear idea: to create a refined wine bar and boutique focused on premium wines and gourmet culture. Our mission was to translate that vision into a brand identity that could resonate with both the local market and international clientele, while remaining elegant, accessible, and unmistakably Italian.

Today, Luca Cinì – A Wine Story is a reference point for food and wine lovers, expatriates, and tourists in Phuket. Despite the challenges of a highly seasonal and competitive market, the brand has remained strong and coherent, still using the original identity created by our agency more than 11 years ago.
This case stands as a testament to long-term design value and branding consistency.
Our Strategic Contribution
We developed a timeless logo inspired by Italian wine tradition, reinterpreted with a clean, modern aesthetic. Key goals included:
– Elegance, trust, and heritage
– A refined international feel
– Adaptability across digital and physical applications
We also created packaging designs and graphic elements for the shop interior, contributing to the overall customer experience. The logo’s symmetrical laurel design and serif font evoke classic Italian refinement, while the color scheme connects visually with the wine world. The design transition from the original logo (seen in the before/after) marked a major brand upgrade, bringing clarity, recognition, and authority.
