price models & payment method

The cost of supporting an event organization depends on several factors, including our specific role (consulting only or full operational management), the complexity of the event, the frequency of collaboration, and the project duration.

Payment method: Payments follow milestones agreed upon with the Client. All payments must be completed before the event takes place. Under no circumstances are post-event payments accepted.

Possible Pricing Models:

Daily Rate: pay per day used for small events where a significant onsite or remote presence is required. Consultancy or service for a fixed period or on specific parts of the event.
Project-Based Fee
: Flat-rate agreement with payment made in a maximum of two or three installments (for projects with a minimum duration of one month.
Ongoing consultancy
: As an agency, we can take on the role of Event Director or Director of Production for establishments that need to deliver a series of events or major individual events but do not have an internal team in place. These assignments require a minimum 3-month contract, with payments tied to clearly defined milestones agreed upon in advance with the client.
